職位描述：職位描述：我們正在尋找一位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的資深軟件測試專家，主導(dǎo)智能駕駛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量保障與測試體系建設(shè)。您將帶領(lǐng)測試團(tuán)隊(duì)，負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)測試策略制定、測試工具建設(shè)、自動化測試落地，以及跨部門協(xié)作，保障調(diào)度平臺在復(fù)雜交通場景中的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。崗位職責(zé)：1、測試策略制定與落地：根據(jù)產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)與業(yè)務(wù)場景，設(shè)計(jì)全面的測試策略（功能、性能、穩(wěn)定性、安全性等）。2、測試流程管理：主導(dǎo)測試全流程，包括需求評審、測試用例設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行、缺陷跟蹤與回歸驗(yàn)證，推動質(zhì)量閉環(huán)。3、自動化測試體系建設(shè)：搭建并優(yōu)化調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的自動化測試框架，推動 CI/CD 測試流水線建設(shè)。4、調(diào)度場景模擬與驗(yàn)證：組織構(gòu)建真實(shí)交通調(diào)度仿真環(huán)境，設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜調(diào)度場景與極端用例，覆蓋各種邊界行為。5、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與培養(yǎng)：負(fù)責(zé)測試團(tuán)隊(duì)的人員管理、能力提升、工作協(xié)調(diào)和績效評估。6、質(zhì)量風(fēng)險把控：推動質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)可視化，識別高風(fēng)險模塊并進(jìn)行提前介入和專項(xiàng)測試。7、跨部門溝通協(xié)作：與產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)、運(yùn)維等團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，確保交付質(zhì)量與效率。職位要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2、10年及以上軟件測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有調(diào)度系統(tǒng)/智能駕駛相關(guān)測試背景優(yōu)先；3、熟悉軟件測試?yán)碚摗y試流程與主流測試工具（如 JIRA、TestRail、Postman、Jenkins、pytest 等）；4、熟悉分布式系統(tǒng)、調(diào)度算法、實(shí)時任務(wù)調(diào)度優(yōu)先；5、具備自動化測試框架開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解至少一種腳本語言（Python / Shell / ****）；6、良好的分析能力與問題定位能力，具備推動復(fù)雜問題解決的能力；7、出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。加分項(xiàng)：有車隊(duì)調(diào)度、物流調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)/Robotaxi/自動駕駛背景；有測試平臺建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，推動過企業(yè)級 CI/CD 流水線；熟悉開源地圖、仿真測試工具（如 SUMO、CARLA、ROS 等）；有參與安全/可靠性/容災(zāi)/邊界場景測試的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
