崗位職責：1.算法開發(fā)與優(yōu)化：負責自動駕駛系統(tǒng)中的路徑規(guī)劃、運動規(guī)劃等核心模塊的算法研發(fā)，覆蓋港口道路、泊車等場景設計高效、安全的軌跡生成算法(如Lattice Planner、Optimal Planner等)，解決復雜動態(tài)場景下的實時規(guī)劃問題，優(yōu)化算法性能，提升系統(tǒng)應對Cut-in、擁堵、狹窄道路等長尾場景的魯棒性； 2.跨模塊協(xié)同：與感知、預測、控制模塊緊密協(xié)作，構建閉環(huán)規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)，確保規(guī)劃結果符合車輛動力學約束，參與系統(tǒng)級仿真與實車調試，推動算法在量產(chǎn)項目中的落地； 3.技術攻堅與創(chuàng)新主導復雜技術問題攻關(如交互博弈、不確定性場景決策)，探索深度學習(如強化學習、模仿學習)與傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃算法的融合方案；跟蹤學術前沿(如CVPR、ICRA頂會論文)，推動規(guī)劃技術的迭代升級。 4.團隊賦能：主導技術文檔撰寫、代碼評審及架構設計，制定團隊開發(fā)規(guī)范，指導初中級工程師，提升團隊整體技術能力。崗位要求： 1.碩士及以上學歷，計算機、自動化、車輛工程、機器人學等相關專業(yè)； 2.5年以上自動駕駛規(guī)劃算法開發(fā)經(jīng)驗主導過至少1個量產(chǎn)項目規(guī)劃模塊交付； 3.精通主流規(guī)劃算法(A、RRT、EM Planner等)及優(yōu)化方法(QP、非線性優(yōu)化、凸優(yōu)化)熟悉車輛運動學/動力學模型，掌握C++/Python，熟練使用ROS/ROS2、Apollo等框架； 4.具備大規(guī)模場景仿真及實車調試經(jīng)驗，熟練使用CARLA、VTD等工具鏈； 5.深入理解ISO 26262、ASPICE等車規(guī)標準，熟悉功能安全開發(fā)流程； 6.邏輯清晰，責任心及抗壓能力強，能快速定位并解決復雜問題；加分項:英語熟練；具備機器人運動規(guī)劃(如機械臂、無人機)或游戲AI路徑規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗；熟悉高精地圖、定位模塊的技術細節(jié)及接口規(guī)范。
