崗位職責：1、負責產品B端后臺的架構設計、系統規劃；2、負責輸出產品的業務流程、原型設計、需求文檔、迭代方案；3、負責多端業務角色的產品設計、包含但不限于APP、Web、小程序等，熟知業務場景且能夠獨立完成輸出；4、高效、高質量的輸出能力，包括文檔和原型方案。5、對產品功能和用戶行為進行埋點和分析，通過數據反饋來解決問題，并進行產品的迭代優化。崗位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，軟件/信息/計算機等相關專業，3年以上產品工作經驗，有較強的產品規劃、產品設計和推動產品落地的能力；2、能跟進業務需求進行管理，需求價值識別和優先級排序，進行拆分和合理排期，快速迭代、敏捷開發；3、熟悉產品實施過程，包括需求分析，產品設計、流程設計、界面設計和可用性測試等；4、具有較強的邏輯能力、學習能力和溝通表達能力，具有良好的產品設計能力，能獨立完成PRD和交互設計原型，對互聯網產品的視覺設計、用戶體驗等有深刻理解；5、熟練使用產品原型設計工具，精通使用如Axure、Mindmanage、Visio、Project等工具。6、較好的文檔撰寫能力，能熟練使用各種系統工具，如Axrue，PPT、Visio、XMind等工具。加分項：有以下行業經驗：工業互聯網，MES。
