職責(zé)描述：
1、負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)工藝工程師確認(rèn)的產(chǎn)品圖和評審資料設(shè)計詳細(xì)的2D模具/夾具結(jié)構(gòu)圖，全3D模具/夾具圖，零件加工圖和出圖。According process engineer confirmed product drawing and review data， Responsible for design 2D & 3D mold/fixture st 3 d drawing, tooling/fixture parts drawing.
2、協(xié)同擬定或完善模具/夾具/砂輪等壽命管理體系建立，建立模具砂輪夾具相關(guān)的壽命管理體系。Together to formulate or perfect tooling/fixture/grinding wheel life management system set up, establish the life of the die wheel clamp related management system
3、協(xié)助工藝工程師分析產(chǎn)品失效問題。Assist process engineer to analysis product failure problem.
4、對模具相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計失效進(jìn)行改善解決，總結(jié)和提出預(yù)防措施。To the mold related failure to improve product design solution, summarize and prevention measures are put forward.
5、參與模具/夾具結(jié)構(gòu)評審以及試模總結(jié),針對質(zhì)量效率等問題提出創(chuàng)新改革建議。Participate in review tooling/fixture structure and test summary, innovation reform Suggestions for quality efficiency problem.
6、檢查上游單位傳來的產(chǎn)品圖紙，分析其開模的可行性。Check product drawings from the upstream unit, the feasibility of the analysis of the mold.
7、完成項目部出各種相關(guān)夾具，治具的2D加工圖。To complete the project department relevant fixture, fixture of the 2 d processing figure
8、協(xié)同質(zhì)量采購擬定外協(xié)模具/夾具檢驗及驗收要求，關(guān)于模具材質(zhì)加工工藝提供技術(shù)支持。Collaborative quality purchasing proposed outsourcing tooling/fixture, inspection and acceptance requirements, about mold material processing technology to provide technical support.
9、協(xié)助工藝工程師完成模具/夾具改善方案的制定和確認(rèn)，根據(jù)項目的更改圖檔，出改模資料和出圖。Assist process engineer complete tooling/fixture to improve the consultation and confirmation, according to the project of the image file changes, the change model data and to figure out.
10、建立模具/夾具圖紙管理體系，對圖紙、技術(shù)資料進(jìn)行歸納管理。Set up tooling/fixture layout management system, management of drawings and technical data generalization.
11、及時有效地完成主管經(jīng)理安排的任務(wù)。To complete the tasks assigned by supervisor manager in a timely and effective manner

二、任職要求：
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷 College or above
2. 機(jī)械或模具專業(yè) Major in mechanical or mold
3. 熟練運用Solidworks PRO/E或UG等3D軟件，AUTOCAD軟件，熟悉模具加工工藝，熟悉機(jī)械模具圖紙； Skilled use of Solidworks PRO/E or UG 3 d software; AUTOCAD software; Familiar with mold process; Familiar with mechanical Tooling drawings
4. 熟悉伺模具機(jī)械設(shè)計仿真,非標(biāo)設(shè)備機(jī)械設(shè)計。Be familiar with the bar mold mechanical design simulation ,Mechanical design of non-standard equipment.
