工作職責:

1.參與建立并維護硅異質結太陽能電池實驗室及產線PECVD、PVD環節的工藝流程和工藝條件，并能按照要求，不斷改進和完善其生產工藝流程和工藝條件；

2.完成客戶現場PECVD設備、PVD設備的工藝調試工作，及時反饋工藝狀態，配合現場人員不斷提升設備的性能；

3.參與客戶現場初期異質結電池生產過程中出現的不良分析，判定歸類并給出對策；

4.協同設計部進行設備的研發，提供設備技術參數和工藝反饋結果

5.負責相關人員的培訓，滿足客戶的技術支持；

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學歷，理工科背景，應用物理，化學，光伏，材料等專業；

2、有三年以上相關異質結光伏電池片工藝的研究經驗；

3、能夠對異質結相關設備的需求有一定的了解；
