Overview:

The business development team is primarily responsible for Waters business development of South China region. As an integral part of this team, the role of business development specialist needs to work close with sales to give pre-sales technical support and follow up key opportunities, plan and implement marketing events and key projects and strategies in local, build and maintain good relationship with customers etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our business development specialist, who would work closely with the sales to drive the market using the applications and technology, and help to increase the business growth.


Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food, environment market business growth by develop regional business development plan, sales visit support, sales tools generation in Waters West-South China.
- Efficient management of customer base through planned coverage and follow up of key accounts, user and prospects
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers with keen understanding of the customers
- Work closely with sales teams to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Give training to sales team about LC & LC/MS technology
- Provide sales tools based on sales & market needs to promote the products and solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of market strategies and priorities, etc.

Qualifications:
- Master degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Testing or related field.
- Preferably with 2 years experiences in food testing and research industries.
- Vast experiences in laboratory experience using HPLC, LC/MS.
- Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long term effective relationships with key accounts and end users
- Ability to leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment
- Can be travel in south of China
