We are currently looking for a Service Architect - Managed Services to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Here’s what we are looking for in candidates for this job
What we expect you to do
?Position the maintenance, support and operate services within Dimension Data’s existing and prospective clients.
?Define and build a managed service that aligns with the client’s business and technology objectives.
?Participate or lead in the analysis, scope of work determination and services pricing models of RFP/RFI’s.
?Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate these into existing services within the Dimension Data offering or to build a specific value proposition for the client.
?Contribute to the development and selection of optimal services solutions to meet ongoing client needs that are in line with industry best practice and standards.
?Contribute to the design of solutions for the client that will be commercially competitive whilst managing risk.
?Work with the client manager or services sales to identify and scope an opportunity and contribute to deal strategy by engaging with clients to qualify their requirements.
?Ensure an understanding of the client’s requirements and the service solution, supporting the development of a transition-in plan.
?Assume a project lead role ensuring the implementation of service models within the client’s environment.
Must to have Skills:
?10 years’ of working experience in Pre-sales
oAt least 5 years’ experience in services within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment across a range of services
?Experience in Enterprise Services and service delivery environments including technical and service management exposure
?Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
?Required to have a working knowledge of ITIL with preference to executing in the environment
?ITIL Foundation Certificate V3 (ITIL-Fv3) - ITIL
?Track record of effective project management.
